Zhenyan is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, specializing in project execution, engineering, construction, and commissioning. With a strong track record of successfully leading major capital projects around the world.  

Throughout his career, Zhenyan has demonstrated a deep understanding of the complexities of the oil and gas projects, coupled with a strategic mindset and a commitment to excellence. His expertise in project management methodologies, coupled with his technical proficiency, enables him to effectively manage project scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

As a project manager, Zhenyan has led cross-functional teams through all phases of project development, from initial feasibility studies and conceptual design to detailed engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. His hands-on approach and collaborative leadership style have earned him the respect and admiration of colleagues and stakeholders alike.

In addition to his technical acumen, Zhenyan is known for his strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities. He excels at navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and mitigating risks to ensure project success.

Outside of work, Zhenyan is an avid traveler who enjoys spending time hiking, shooting, and camping with his family. He also volunteers his time with local community organizations, where he shares his expertise and mentors the next generation of industry professionals.

He has both Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University, University Park.
